Drg drsya viveka -verses 21 and 22

HARIH  OM
Drg  drsya  viveka  -verses  21  and  22.

Existence  Consciousness  and  Bliss  is  the  same  in  space,  air,  fire  ,water  and  earth. and  in  deities,  human  beings  and  animals. . Only  their  names  and  forms  differ. . Space  ,air,  fire  , water  and  earth  are  the  five  great  elements   . In  their  subtle  form  they  go  to  make  the  entire  world  of  thoughts  and  emotions   and  in  their  gross  form  they  make  the  total  gross  world  of  objects.  Sat,  Cit  and  Ananda  is  equally  present  in  all  sentient  beings  and  insentient  things  of  the  world. . The  insentient  things  are  referred  to  by  the  five  elements  and  the  sentient  beings  are  graded  as  superior  celestial  beings  ,  human  beings  and  inferior  animals. Nama  -rupa  is  that  which  makes  all  the  things  and  beings   appear different.

Verse  22  says  that  being  indifferent  to  names  and  forms   and  devoted  to  the  Truth,  one  should  practise  meditation  both  in  the  heart  and  outside. The  intellect  understands  that  the  jiva  has  to  give  up  his  attachment  to  mithya  but  hold  on  to  satyam. . There  is  always  a  gap  between  what  the  rational  mind  knows  and  the  emotional  mind  wants. . This  is  because  one  has  not  internalized  the  teaching  that  one  is  Sat-Cit - Ananda. . Internalization  is  called  nididhyasanam  . The  individual  has  to  dwell  upon  the  real  status  of  himself  through  sravanam  and  mananam. ,through  replacing  Atma / Brahman  with  'I'  ,the  Seer  ,  the  Sakshi  Chaitanyam. . He  has  to  go  through  samadhi-abhyasa  rupa  nididhyasanam.  and  this  is  dwelling  the  mind  on  the  Vedantic  teachings. . He  should  withdraw  from  his  pre-occupation  with  the  external  world,   and  the  different  roles that   he  plays
